Dr. Mardis, Ebony, and the whole team are so sweet! They do a great job avoiding sticker shock and did not make me feel uncomfortable declining anything. Their prices and competitive and I felt very comfortable with their care here.
I really like this vet. I’ve brought both of my dogs and they never make me feel bad for not being a perfect pet parent. They are helpful, and reasonable. I love that they give you the final cost up front before they’ve done anything. I intend to always bring my pets here as long as I am in the Memphis area.
Excellent customer service
We had been going here for years, up until recently. Took my 11yo girl, Ellie, bc she wasn’t eating. The first visit- the vet claimed it was ear infection and tried charging for all kinds of testing to be done. Sent us home with the assumption it was ear infection. We clean her ears that night, all went well. Few days go by and she is still not 100%. This is the 2nd time coming here to the East Memphis location. First time was horrible, tried again and same thing horrible service from vet. The veterinarian (Dr. Young) is the worst. She refused to speak to you and find out what is happening with your pet. She does not care about the animals or their issues. When she came to the room, Dr. Young was rude, abrupt and did not explain or appear to know the cause of my pet issue. DO NOT SUPPORT EAST MEMPHIS PETVAX
