Dr. Marcrander is the best! Over the years, she has helped me navigate some medical issues that other specialists couldn't figure out. She delivered only one of my children (our last one), I regret not finding her earlier may have not had so many issues. Truly the best! I appreciate her guidance and her attention to detail.
Dr. Marcrander is a great doctor - and I always really enjoyed seeing NP Amanda, but my experience overall with this office has become much less positive. It was nearly impossible to get a call back or a response to a My Mercy message in a timely manner. I would often wait days for a response back to a question or two, which was extremely frustrating. If she were my primary I wouldn't go to any other doctor but her. She is absolutely amazing! I met her in November 2009 after a car accident. I was five months pregnant and she treated me like I was important. She listens to me and takes wonderful care of me. My heart smiles with her. Before her I was treated poorly. There wasn't much respect given to me. She basically held my hand through my pregnancy and now she has so many patients it's hard to see her. I expect that from the best.
