We booked a week at a property called Sea King. A few of the problems were small, but for the price we paid for a week and all the other problems, I feel like it was a rip off. My fiancé and I have been excited about this trip for months. We booked our stay at Southern Exposure Down. The pictures on their website looked great, but upon entering the house you could tell that the pictures were not up to date. At all. At first that was fine. Do not rent from Margaret Rudd Realty. My husband and I had a place rented for August 2020. There was a hurricane that hit Oak Island and the island was closed so we were not able to stay at the house that we had paid for. Margaret Rudd still has $737.15 of our money.
