Recently my wife travelled to New York from our home. Margret Roberts Travel booked the flight from St. Louis to New York and return for us. She even got the boarding pass for us the night before. When my wife was in New York she couldn't get anyone who could help her get the boarding pass for the return flight. I call Mrs. Roberts in in thirty seconds she had it for me and forwarded it to my wife.
