Disappointing service. We submitted a complete rental application and even called to follow up, only to be told we’d likely hear back later that week. We never heard anything at all. I completely understand that not every application will be successful, but the lack of communication is simply unprofessional. Applicants are expected to provide a significant amount of personal and financial information, so the least an agency can do is let people know the outcome.
