The receptionist with the nose ring who loved to tell me she was the 2IC, was extremely rude. Not only to me but to the other receptionists who were great and genuinely trying my to help me. Very unprofessional behaviour
Susie the reception plays a vital role in this establishment. I was at the end of my tether for the week and she could tell. She was so helpful, caring and beyond understanding, she helped me keep it together and find alternative options for things, all while making it seem like it’s not a huge deal and an easy fix. Thank you Susie, you really saved the day !!!

I have been going to this practice for my whole life. I have been seeing Verelle Roocke for over 16 years as my primary GP. A really great group of GP's/Nurses and Reception staff. Verelle in particular has shown nothing but kindness, understanding, compassion over the years. From attending school meetings when I was in highschool, to supporting me through hospital admissions and other life situations. I always say it, but we really are lucky to have such compassionate GP's. It really is worth the longer wait times!
