Aggressive and unhelpful while trying to buy a grass tree
This is by far the worst experience I have had with any company. I purchased a tree for $2,250 at the Sydney Home Show from Mike. I was given a receipt and the contact details of his delivery driver to organise delivery. The delivery process was extremely difficult. The driver cancelled twice, and on another occasion did not show up without any notice after we stayed home from work to take delivery. Haven't heard back after many many attempts to contact these guys about the warranty for my beautiful tree in Vic that died shortly after installation. So unethical. Be prepared to lose a lot of money if it dies, read the reviews, I'm not the only one.
