I worked for Mike for almost 2 years as the state manager in QLD. Mike is abusive, manipulative and a bully The negative reviews are 100% accurate regarding trees dying and no refunds or assistance with warranty Mike will take your money and sell your trees to other unsuspecting people leaving you without your tree.
Paid nearly $4000 for a grass tree. Rang and email many times with no response. Doesn't answer phone or return emails. I think we have been ripped off
Wonderful service and beautiful trees. Julian who installed my lovely olive tree was extremely knowledgable and took great care. Highly recommend.
Very unhelpfully. Doesn't return numerous phone calls and Emails. Grass tree has now died, NO HELP FROM MIKE.
