Both my parents are patients of the husband wife team. The doctors themselves are fantastic. Very kind and attentive. The staff, however, is HORRIBLE!! No one in the office answers the phone, you are automatically sent to an answering service to leave a message. I've never encountered a doctors office that does this during business hours. Since you have no choice but to leave a message, one will call back even if you do leave a message. I work in healthcare and advised my parents to both see the husband wife team, overall they are good. The staff on the other hand is HORRIBLE, Extremely Rude hangs up on people will not let you explain before she cuts you off and thinks that they know everything when in fact I did my research and was asking for a referral specifically that was ordered upon hospital discharge. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Margaret Oswiecimski for many years. She is very professional and caring, but unfortunately her staff are Very Rude and inconsiderate! It takes weeks sometimes months to get an appointment even if it’s urgent they don’t care! There is no one who will answer your phone call to make an appointment or assist you with any medical advice. I found Dr Margaret for my mom, who is in her early 70s. She is such a kind and compassionate Dr. She listens but she also gives you her honest opinion and advice. My mom really likes her and I'm happy with the care my mom is receiving.
