She’s my closer and always will be my closer. When your title rep is also a real estate attorney, you know the job will be done right. My clients always walk out of our closings feeling very ecstatic with how the whole process went from contract to close. Maggie and her team are always reachable, always extremely knowledgeable and frankly, the best in Austin. I wouldn’t even consider using someone else.
I had the option to work with this company through the buyers. Very polite and good interactions, but very risky business practice/. As a person who runs a cybersecurity company, I find the way this business conducts itself unacceptable. All communications were done via email; there is no customer portal to upload documents securely. Their recommendation was to use Gmail's built-in security features.
