I was a first time user of Dr. Krieg. I went to the wrong place for my appointment. I called and told the receptionist (her assistant I think) and said I would be 15 minutes late. She said "OK I'll inform the doctor". I walked 10 minutes late for my appointment. The receptionist then informed me that the cut off was 7 minutes late. So, I in effect drove from Silverdale to Poulsbo for no reason. Worse, it took months to make the appointment.
