Imagine that you have a car that won't start and you take it to a mechanic. He says that there is nothing wrong with the starter and sends you away. He is not wrong, but you won't be happy if he has no more curiosity about the problem. It doesn't solve my ear pain just saying that they can't see anything wrong in my ear.
