My family has been coming here for several years now. The service, hands down, tops that of other optical stores we went to in the past! Optometrist Margaret is very knowledgeable and patient with both myself and my children! The receptionist Kay always goes above and beyond! Been coming here over nearly 20 years, love maragret!!! She is absolutely amazing, so kind and considerate. The receptionist on the other hand Kay, she's unprofessional and extremely disrespectful, my glasses were purchased in September 2023, they broke whilst wearing them, I called and asked if they were under warranty and she started yelling at me telling me there's no way they could have broken on my face and either way I'd have to pay. First time I've ever left a review but just had to after the appointment I had today. I had to see an optometrist for a concern I have...... so needed to find a new one as the one I used to use are no longer....... I did an internet search to find someone close and tried Margaret Kirkman at Complete Vision Care O'Halloran Hill (Next to Priceline) and she was amazing!!! so thorough and so nice and explained clearly.....
