Although I have always been happy with Dr. Crook's care, there seems to be a disconnect with Sentara's My Chart Portal. After completing 2 different tests ordered, I was never called by her office but rather received a call from the hospital scheduling with no explanation of why the treatment had been ordered. When I called the office to ask why I hadn't first heard from Dr. Crook by phone or by My Chart message, I was told...we are too busy. Not what any patient wants to hear.

Dr Crook is very conscientious and caring - we are relatively new to the area and were so pleased to find someone of her caliber - we feel she genuinely listens and she is very responsive to questions and needs
Dr Crook is quite simply a gem. She is thoughtful, available when you need her most and goes out of her way to ensure your care is exceptional. Still grateful my primary care doctor referred me here!
