Everyone was friendly and professional
Dr visit was great but when I had bloodwork done the technician did not believe me when I told her the veins in my arm is not where to get blood but the veins in my hand always works best. She proceeded to dig the needle in my arm and not a surprise to me no blood. Then she went to my hand and stuck me and low and behold a gusher. Both spots left terrible bruises. She is a great doctor but parking at the facility is a nightmare. There were many people who were confused on the office location, and it was hard to get to the the parking garage. Three solid floors of parking were 100% full. And it is a long walk to the elevator to get to the offices. And there are too many doctors in the office resulting in a very hectic and FULL waiting room, ugh.
Dr. Holland is an outstanding physician in every way. She listens and addresses questions, concerns and issues promptly, compassionately and effectively. My husband and I have every confidence in her.
