I met with Margaret a couple times and found her to be fine. I do however find her staff and their general business practice to be poor. As an example, they will charge you $50 if you cancel without 24 hr notice. I am fine with this, however they canceled on me 4 hrs prior to my appointment that had been scheduled for because because she was taking PTO. I had cleared all of my business activities for the afternoon to accommodate the appointment. They will not do anything to make the inconvenience equitable to their clientele... read more
Dr. Grogan is singlehandedly one of the best medical practitioners I have ever been to. I am diagnosed with ADHD and ASD so finding a practitioner that is empathetic and understanding has been really hard. After a nightmare experience with another nurse practitioner at St Marks (her name is Jacqueline A. Margaret is the best, She cares about her patients and is so warm and understanding. She listens to your concerns, she follows up. She has the best bedside manor, makes you feel comfortable and important. I just absolutely adore her, I always feel like she will help me figure out whatever issue I am having. Its so nice to feel safe while getting medical care.
Margaret Grogan is the BEST. I am a 45 year Male. Margaret Grogan is the only Doctor that I will make an appointment with. I go for exams every 6 months. Margaret knows my medical history, my name, and asks how my wife and family are doing by there names. Margaret Grogan is an excellent provider, and follows up on labs, and providing the best patient care. Thank you
