Great doctor! Extremely knowledgeable. She takes time to get to know you. Very thorough. Easy to talk to. Appointments are never rushed. What more can you ask of your specialist?

6 months to to see Fandanelli, they called and had to cancel me next available appointment was another 6 months out , on my way to appointment I called to let them know I would be 5 min late in which case they told me that was unacceptable and would have to re schedule which would’ve been in three months. Meanwhile receptionist was completely rude and no sense of empathy.

One of the best doctor's I have worked with. She is truly caring and goes above and beyond to provide excellent care for her patients.

Don't expect to be treated with respect, or heard by this Dr. She has very poor listening skills. Is most interested in herself. She talks over the patient. Ego far outweighs ability and knowledge. Don't bother going here if you want to be treated well and you have hypothyroid. How she is on the list of "top docs" is beyond imagination. She's a , TSH endo...and I remain under treated, feeling badly. She asks how you feel, then proclaims 'maybe that's just the way you feel!!'
