I was so fortunate to have Dr. Elfering and her staff as my physician for several years. After she gave up surgery due to an accident, she saw patients for their pain issues. She was compassionate and stopped to listen to your problems. I miss her so much. The group that took over her office couldn't hold a candle to herl

Not wanting to undergo a total knee replacement surgery I underwent a PRP injection with Dr Elfering. I could not be more pleased with the results. My knee pain is a one on a one to ten scale. I am able to walk unassisted .. I am grateful this procedure is now available on the Central Coast

Outstanding doctor/communicator. She exceeded all my expectations in regard to professionalism, medical expertise and patient care. The office staff is efficient and wait time has been almost non-existent for all my visits.
One of the best doctors and person I have found. With her experience she was able to look at all my X-rays and MRI and explain what was going on in multiple areas where other would only want to deal with one. Dr. Elfering is warm and caring a rare quality to find.
