Truly appreciated the way Dr. Rockwood took me on after my previous Dr. had moved on to a more concierge based service. She was pleasant, took an interest in my issues, and even had her staff gently scold me when I started falling behind on my follow-up appointments. :-) She is knowledgeable as well as sociable... a great combination.
