We had went to this office for years but Dr. Childers began discussing my husband's visits with me in a very negative way. This is terrible patient confidentiality. At my last visit there was whispering going on between Dr. Childers & her assistant as if I wasn't even in the room & deaf. That was the last straw. Also, there were several times when we were charged, we paid & when our insurance paid more than they expected a refund was never issued to us. I guess that was their tip.
