Rude,cuts your thoughts off in mid sentence, refuses to hear you out and explain reasoning behind her shutting door in my face not once but twice. Leaving me in tears, I didn't understanding why i couldn't have 2 therapist (1 for nerve therapy & 1 for talk therapy). A simply explanation would have been fine. All because I wasn't the person paying her bill. The thing is I'm not HR Dept but I do make the decision of which Dr. is seen.
