Marga was absolutely wonderful helping me through my first purchase! I bought on the UES and I trusted her completely every step of the way. She picked out great apartments to view, explained everything clearly, was a great negotiator for the purchase, asked questions I didn’t think about, and was exceptionally thorough checking the apartment during the walk through. I’d give her more than 5 stars if I could!
I had the pleasure of working with Marga in finding the perfect UES apartment, and I couldn’t be more impressed with her dedication. From the start, she was incredibly helpful and hardworking, always going above and beyond. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free with her excellent communication skills, always keeping me updated and answering any questions I had promptly. I really appreciated how helpful she was during the process of applying and finally closing on my new apartment. I highly recommend Marga to any... read more

She was super thoughtful in providing contractor referrals and gu... read more
