I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my Jeep in for a simple alignment and ended up with a bill over $700+. The shop broke my custom lug nut key & over-torqued the lug nuts so badly that multiple tire shops have refused to work on it since. Instead of taking responsibility, I was met with excuses and no real effort to fix the damage. The owner, David, repeatedly mentioned he "could be charging more" as if that justified the poor service.
