I began having hip pain in mid December 2025, which caused enough discomfort to wake me from sleep and made climbing stairs, walking and performing household chores difficult. The staff is really great. They take their time and instructed me on everything that could help me with my hip. The exercise helped give me more strength in my legs. The homework was helpful also
The entire staff at Cora is excellent. They are very careful in their initial assessment with you as well as your last to ensure you actually meet your physical goals. They are very caring, yet 100% professional. Because of the respect given in addition to their professionalism, you do not have to feel self-conscious about the state of your body as you get help for it.
