I had a reservation on a Thursday for party of 6 with email confirmation. I also called a week before to verify. When we arrived, a posted sign said closed for a week. I understand things happen and there might be a valid reason for closure but it would have been nice if I had been notified. This was a special occasion lunch with an out of town guest. Update: 9/9 Don't waste your time trying to speak with the owner either about anything that happens unless you want to get yelled at and hung up on. After the staff/manager did nothing to correct the situation I wanted to speak with the owner because I believe they need to know what goes on in their restaurant. I was calm, frustrated but calm.
