The technician failed to properly troubleshoot the problem. The reason my ice maker was not making ice was that the water to the refrigerator under the kitchen sink was shut off. My faucet was recently changed and I guess the plumber forgot to turn that on. Yet the technician wanted to change something in the back of the refrigerator that was not cheap. Guess I should have read the reviews before calling this company. Made an appointment for someone to come out and look at my non-running dishwasher. Company said they'd be here between noon and 3 pm. At 3 pm I called to find out where the repair person was, and they said I must have the wrong number, because they had no record of my appointment. It was the only number I had called that day, so clearly not my mistake. Such a waste of my time. Terrible service.

Tom was fantastic! He arrived on time and repaired our dryer in a timely and efficient manner. He also detected something else with our dryer that I would have missed, which will help to assure its longevity. Thank you, Tom and Marengo Appliance Repair!

We've been using this company for a long time. They always react quickly to a repair need, and Tony is extremely knowledgeable about all of the appliances! We've entrusted them with both our personal and rental property needs. They've offered me a lot of ""tricks of the trade"" advice for recurring problems!"
