Disappointed with the service, although the hotel itself is beautiful. We booked a room for 6 people a week in advance for $3000, but when we arrived at 5 AM, we were told that our reservation didn’t exist and that our room was already taken. Instead, we were offered a smaller room for $3100, which felt completely unfair.
