The people working here are amazing. The other guests and residents are awful. I thought this was a family kinda place, but all I've seen is a lot of unnecessary nudity. Signs are posted that you must wear cover-ups while in the lobby, but it isn't enforced. Appalling! Also, this is a very unfriendly city. A lot of road rage, honking horns and police and other emergency vehicles constantly up and down the roads. Plus, you cannot park your own vehicle. Everything is valet. I've never felt so trapped! La mejor experiencia en este Resort Tuve el piso 14 y dos vista de el océano y de bayside, leí comentarios de Ruidooo de la nueva construcción justo al lado de el hotel y deja E decirte que no escuché nadaaaa , tal vez si algo cuando salía al balcón . El Pool de tamaño razonable ,,,, pero par que si a unos pasos está el mar 🌊 y ellos te dan silla y toalla para disfrutar la playa 🏖️ Tiene una refrigeradora pequeña pero espaciosa , una cafetera te dejan 4 cafés por día - azúcar , crema , Té , Agua , y en el loby agua fresca ... read more
Al llegar fuimos atendidos por la señorita Carmen, quien mostró muy mala predisposición. Nuestra reserva no aparecía en el sistema y, en lugar de brindarnos soluciones, recibimos un trato descortés y desinteresado, incluso considerando que viajábamos con niños. Este comportamiento resultó inaceptable y motivo suficiente para no regresar.
