Every time I stay at Marenas, I end up facing the same frustration — long waits for check-in and valet, even with a confirmed reservation. The room never feels properly cleaned, with clear signs of poor attention to detail. For the price and the category this hotel claims to be, I expected a much more efficient and attentive service.
Best staff
Loved the resort. People very friendly and helpful. Rooms were awesome. Beautiful view from Atlantic side made for good sunrise. Reason not five stars. They were doing construction next door. Little noisy.
