Really low and unfair prices (about 85% of gold price) and rude customer service when I called for price quote
The people at Marelli Gold Exchange are extremely knowledgable and very courteous. I had some broken jewelry that I brought in and I wasn't sure what to expect.. I found out it was worth more than I thought and after they gave me the quote, I received 20% more because I presented a coupon that I had printed off of their website. Needless to say, I was ecstatic. I would recommend Marelli Gold Exchange to anyone who is looking for a fair price for their gold or silver.
