Mariam went above and beyond to turn a stressful last minute change into a joyful and comforting experience. At no point did she make me feel bad about the situation or rushed, instead she calmed me down and made sure I felt beautiful and that I knew it was all going to work out. And did it ever!! I found the perfect dress that was higher quality than anything I had tried before. I cannot wait to walk down the aisle now.
I had a disappointing experience at Mareh Couture. I came in a few months ago, and while the owner/designer did allow me to try on a couple of dresses, the entire experience felt very rushed. By the time I asked about a third dress, it seemed like she didn’t even want to take it down for me to try on. Overall, she came across as very standoffish and unwelcoming, as if she didn’t want me there. I had the best experience at this bridal shop! The dress selection is absolutely gorgeous, with so many beautiful options to choose from. What truly made the experience special was the owner. She made the entire appointment so fun and easy, and was truly team bride the whole time. She really listened to my likes and dislikes, pulled dresses that fit my vision, and even advocated for me with my group when she could tell I loved something. I feel like I struck gold with Mariam!! From the second I met her I felt so much joy and support to find my dream wedding dress! She is AMAZING at her job and makes you feel so special when you try on dresses in her bridal salon. She listened to all of my ideas, and the very first dress she picked, turned out to be my wedding dress!
