After waiting 6 weeks for Mareeba Honda to get in a new rear tyre (which they never did) for my Honda CB500FA motorcycle, I went to Mareeba Yamaha to see if they could help me. No a problem for Mareeba Yamaha. I booked the bike in for two days later, dropped it off and picked it up 2 hours later. Service was good but not quite up to standard. They forget to pump the rear hydraulic brake after refitting the rear wheel. Fortunately my first use of the rear brake after picking the bike up was not an emergency situation. Lesson ... read more

Booked a service with understanding they would be able to keep the jetski for a week as I work shifts. Receptionist said it’s booked and if there are any issues they would get back to me. No callback. Drove 2 1/2 hours only to be told on arrival that they don’t have the room for the jetski. Very frustrating to say the least.
