After the kids had been on a promise for some time I finally had time to pick them up a bike only to my nearest 2 dealerships were closed or unable to sell me a bike on the day. I contacted Ryan at Mareeba Yamaha and he was fantastic. He and Tammy waited back for me to get there, had the bike ready and we're just great people to deal with. When its time for an upgrade, I'll happily drive the extra miles given their outstanding service.
Supplied me the with the wrong parts after VERY CLEARLY stating what bike it was for and won’t refund me for their mistake. Don’t recommend.
I chose to shop at Mareeba Yamaha through word of mouth recommendations. My 12 year old sons first motorbike and safety equipment. The staff were brilliant sizing his gear while not letting on that the bike was already at home. Happiest boy in the world. The after sales service has been perfect. I cannot recommend this business highly enough.
