Disgusting attitude from staff. Called in to get a caravan puncture fixed as I get all my tyres from Tyrepower in Melbourne with great service. Told by the staff (with a smirk on his face) they don’t do caravan tyres. They had no other cars being fitted at the time. Went to Central Tyre Service up the road who were 100% helpful and fixed the puncture while I waited. AND they did it free of charge with a smile. Broke all of my hub cap covers and then refused service. Boys didn’t even mention they had broken them until I noticed a few days later. Lady was abusive in the phone.
Good Service Good Tyres Good People
Dropped in with a tyre which has a manufacturer warranty fault. They wouldn’t even look at the tyre just the photos. Passed the buck and told me to go to Townsville Tyrepower instead. Very poor customer service.
