I booked in my new car for its first complimentary service weeks before it was due, but they couldn’t fit me in for over a month. I told them my cars km’s will be over by then and she just said that all that’s available. I bought it in a month later, then I was informed they would not honour the complimentary service and would charge me due to the km being overdue. Great customer service & very friendly staff.
The service here is great. I booked my car in for a major service on my work from home day. I was able to sit upstairs in the customer lounge and work at the table until my vehicle was ready. All of the service team were super helpful and everyone I spoke to asked if there was anything they could do for me. They offered tea, coffee and cold water and there's a nice little health food Cafe on the next block.
