I booked in my new car for its first complimentary service weeks before it was due, but they couldn’t fit me in for over a month. I told them my cars km’s will be over by then and she just said that all that’s available. I bought it in a month later, then I was informed they would not honour the complimentary service and would charge me due to the km being overdue.
