Receptionist by the name of Jo incredibly rude and disrespectful. Called up to ask a question about forms that hadn’t been sent yet but should’ve been and was berated and yelled at before she hung up. Completely ridiculous behaviour and this woman should not have a job. People are not going to doctors for fun and to be greeted with that behaviour is disgusting.
Poor service from reception. Little empathy and they didn't provide necessary information, only concerned with payment. I was there for 15 minutes and had to pay $155 because it was a long visit. I really don't recommend this place.
Extremely poor quality service from the doctors the first DR I saw there basically refused to see me due to the medication. I am taking prescribed by a specialist.
