Extremely poor quality service from the doctors the first DR I saw there basically refused to see me due to the medication. I am taking prescribed by a specialist. Its a doctor's Clinic where you need to make an appointment
Unbelievably rude and unprofessional reception staff. Could neither smile or reply to my ,'good morning.' Were upset about something. Threw paperwork at me to ,'reapply.' Asked me if I was 'all right.' Perhaps there is a sign up bonus. I was fine just doing what I was told. Interestingly when hubby visited a few weeks ago his experience was entirely different. Were so nasty think they were cause of BP 196 over 89. BUT once you get past reception the nursing staff are excellent. It's a gauntlet run. Not keen on returning.

Hubby needed to see a doctor at short notice whilst we were travelling through Mareeba. The receptionist was extremely helpful and got him an appointment the same morning. The doctor was extremely thorough and helpful..loved his sense of fashion in his “forgettable Friday outfit”. A great experience- thank you team!
