Zero pain - I had 2 fillings replaced and a great deal of care was taken to ensure I had no pain. I usually feel the needle and liquid go in with quite some discomfort, but for the fist time I didn't feel a thing and then no pain during the drilling etc. All the staff were very friendly, and the assistant was great chatting to me and helping me relax some of the tension a dentist visit causes.
Definitely the best experience at the dentist I have had. Would recommend.
