Ultimately didn’t end up at Marea, but we absolutely loved our experience interacting with the staff and touring the property. Ruben in particular couldn’t have been more helpful and enjoyable, you can sense his sincere desire to help land tenants in a home they would love.
I’ve lived at Marea Apartments for almost a year, and Fernando is truly one of the best human beings. We have lived at Marea for about 7 years and if that doesn’t say enough about this community I don’t know what does! My husband and I love living here. Shenay in the leasing office is and integral part of our experience here at Marea and she always goes above and beyond for the residents. This is a huge community with hundreds of apartments and she makes an extra effort to know most people by name. She always works quickly and diligently to resolve any issues we may have and is a friendly face we love to see around!
I have lived at Marea Apartments for 32 years. The staff and maintenance crew are excellent. The staff is extremely friendly. The maintenace crew does excellent work and work projects are done in a minimum amount of time and done correctly. I cannot imagine living anywhere else where I receive topnotch service. Thank you for your dedication and hardwork to the whole team.
Caymen has been awesome to deal with while I was considering a move to SoCal. He was always upbeat, friendly, and very responsive. Five stars! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
