Wonderful management, a place you can call home..
Awesome apartment that’s why we have been living here for the past 9 years now, going on 10. Leasing office & Maintenance staff are all very friendly & acknowledges us by name. All in all excellent customer service. Location, apartment complex and amenities are impressive.
Ultimately didn’t end up at Marea, but we absolutely loved our experience interacting with the staff and touring the property. Ruben in particular couldn’t have been more helpful and enjoyable, you can sense his sincere desire to help land tenants in a home they would love.
I’ve lived at Marea Apartments for almost a year, and Fernando is truly one of the best human beings. Every time I’ve submitted a maintenance request, big or small, he responds with lightning speed, resolves the issue efficiently, and always brings the most positive attitude. We have lived at Marea for about 7 years and if that doesn’t say enough about this community I don’t know what does! My husband and I love living here. Shenay in the leasing office is and integral part of our experience here at Marea and she always goes above and beyond for the residents. This is a huge community with hundreds of apartments and she makes an extra effort to know most people by name. She always works quickly and diligently to resolve any issues we may have and is a friendly face we love to see around!
