Living in Marea has been so incredible! We have been here a few months now and everything has been top notch. We really enjoy how nice the facilities & amenities are kept as we love to use the pools & gym, but you really can’t beat the 10 minute walk down the trail to the beach! This place is a gem. We are going on our 2nd month of living in Marea and couldn’t be happier. Shenaye was incredibly helpful from start to finish in the moving process and everything has been wonderful since. Any maintenance requests that we have put in have been answered very quickly and the issue is solved immediately. We also absolutely love utilizing the amenities including the beach trail. Marea has felt like home since the day we moved in and we look forward to what’s to come!
Ruben & Dawn are amazing! The leasing staff is the best I have ever experienced. I have moved around a lot and out of the 20 or so apartment complex’s I have lived in this staff is the friendliest, fastest, and overall best. I really want purchase a home but not in a rush because my wife and I love it here. Originally we thought our only argument to stay was the location and views. But the support from the staff and maintenance team is our main reason for staying!
M collection review - amazing apartment! Have been here for a month and have loved every minute of it. The apartment itself is great, nice modern construction, the location is even better - who wouldn’t love living on a golf course?!
