Pretty disappointing experience. I had a clasp on my necklace replaced. Within 6 months the new clasp fitted by Mardo Designer Jewellery was broken. I took it to Mardo and they said there was nothing they could do, as the clasps are from a third party and they take no responsibility for their products. When I asked if he can speak to the third party, he said it’s not worth it as they won’t do anything. He then offered to put a new one for full price. Really average experience and customer service.

Mardo made my husband’s and my wedding rings, and my engagement ring simply from a picture I gave him. They were exquisitely done, and the craftsmanship and detail was second to none. He is a delight to deal with and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
