Had so many issues over the couple years I was there. Always had different employees and was I told about internal office issues a bunch if time. Also, told different info about my policy that never was true...not thorough in coverages which caused me to lose out on a lot of money when I had $20,000 in ball cards stolen and they only would cover $1000 for something so "specific"...then wanted to DOUBLE my homeowners insurance the next year due to having a claim....ridiculous! I have been with All State for at least two years now they have always taken care of me and any questions I might have the staff is friendly I will recommend them to anybody that need any insurance needs
