Elvis is diligent, thoughtful and quick to respond to questions or concerns. He was on the job site much more than we had anticipated. From demolition to finish all of the team did a fantastic job. We couldn’t be happier, and we would absolutely recommend, and have already recommended, Mardini Constructions to others.
Our new home construction was extremely complex and technical because of the sloping cliff face, rock and tight access. We needed a highly skilled and experienced builder and Elvis Mardini was the only man we knew who could get the job done. Needless to say we are thrilled with the result and the finish is flawless. I had severe water damage to my bathroom floor and bedroom, Elvis gave me a very fair estimate for the remedial work that needed to be done. He has managed to fix the problem despite other builders saying it was near impossible. My floors look amazing, the tile work and paint match is perfect, you cant tell there was any damage at all and now my bathroom looks 10 times better! Thanks Mardini Constructions
