I very much like Dr. Mardiney, however person I dealt with to schedule my very first visit was so incredibly rude, I almost gave up. I'm now going for my weekly allergy shots and some of folks are nicer than others. The support staff is hit or miss.
The Doctor is awesome. His staff however, completely different. The receptionist that’s on duty when I go there is rude as hell. I called to get my serum mixed and was rushed off the phone. I called back a week later to confirm that they received my request for the serum. I was told it’ll be done. I got there for the appointment and boom, no serum for my shots. Dr. Mardiney is awesome. I just wish he had different staff.
Doctor is alright but his office staff is beyond nasty and incompetent. Took me three phone calls to finally get the test results and they got ruder and shorter each time with me. Expect to spend at least 5-10 minutes on hold too. I think they hope you'll just give up. I'll be switching doctors because of his office staff and that's a shame.
