Where do I begin? From the beginning, of course. I walked into the showroom where I was given time to adjust to my surroundings. I was not bombarded by Melissa who was present when I walked in. I was greeted pleasantly. I walked around then made inquiries about what I came to the store to purchase. It was a refrigerator. I didn't get the fridge that I needed when I left the store. We were having a problem with our refrigerator/freezer (side by side) so we called Mardey's Repair & Appliance which we have always used in the past b/c of their good reputation. At first, we thought it needed new door gaskets (we bought it new in 2009) but that was not the problem. Lucas, the repairman, checked out everything and was able to fix it. I have known Mardey for about 15 years, he has always been a man of integrity and character. I recently purchased a new built in fridge during our kitchen remodel. It was new in box and saved me thousands. Price was amazing and had literally no flaws, with manufacturers warranty. Helped a lot since home renovations have gotten more expensive. From the initial communication, to seeing the fridge and then delivery, all went very professionally and smooth. Thank you Mardey for taking care of my family.
I needed a refrigerator repair. My technician (Danny) diagnosed the issue, ordered my part, and came the next week to install the GE item. The co-ordination of appointments (Melissa) were well met; and on time. I love their schedule efficiency and guaranteed work. I am so happy I can keep my Kenmore/GE Refrigerator .
