I bought a Samsung Double Oven for less than $1000 during a sale back in Dec 2025. I thought it was a scam and was wary, but I called them and spoke to an actual person! Everything went like clockwork from ordering my new Asko dryer to the delivery. To repair my 25 year old Asko was 800 dollars but. I found a new inbox one at Mardey’s for a little over 900. They were easy to reach with some of my questions and you got to talk to a real person quickly
Great experience with Melissa at Mardey’s. She’s very knowledgeable and I was looking for a nice white fridge (yes white, all my kitchen appliances came white) and then one day I went in and there it was - my beautiful GE 24.7 cu Ft French door fridge! They made delivery so easy and I got a great price as there were a couple of very minor scratches on the handles. Mardeys restores your faith that great customer service still exists! From The first phone call to the repair person coming to my home I was amazed each time to the level of service. Each person is friendly, helpful, respectful and explains everything clearly and up front. The text and email notifications and ability to track the service person in real time was great. Lucas was great, efficient and got the job done always with a smile. I highly recommend Mardeys for all of your appliance needs.
I needed a refrigerator repair. My technician (Danny) diagnosed the issue, ordered my part, and came the next week to install the GE item. The co-ordination of appointments (Melissa) were well met; and on time. I love their schedule efficiency and guaranteed work. I am so happy I can keep my Kenmore/GE Refrigerator .
