I recently bought a floor model Sub-Zero wine cooler. After seeing the item on line, I spoke to a staff member to ask a few questions and then placed the order. I was a bit anxious about ordering such an expensive item without seeing it in person but the reviews were mostly positive and it was well priced. Mardey's provided lots of information about the item and shipping and warranty. The description and photos accurately reflect the item. It works perfectly. We are very happy with our purchase experience. Staff was ac... read more
Excellent customer service! Everyone was super nice and helpful, especially the front desk staff and the supervisor. The delivery team was also amazing and provided great service. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Highly recommend Mardey’s!
My experience was five starts. From the online support asking about the product to the on time delivery it was spectacular. The price savings was the icing on the cake. They had so much protection. When they shipped the 42” refrigerator the shipping company (FedEx) driver who delivered it was impressed. The picture shows the level of care and attention they took to insure it was delivered in new condition.

No gimmicks, no pressure just straight up honest service. What I appreciated most is they don’t just sell you something and send you on your way. They take the time to make sure you understand what you’re getting, and the... read more

They were professional and assured me, they were indeed real and not a scam. I took the chance and I’m so glad I did! My oven came, wrapped and completely secured. Not a scratch or blemish on it! (Shipping was FREE by the way!) It took us a while to have an electrician and appliance installer to put it in, which caused the delay in my review; it’s been insta... read more
