I have known Mardey for about 15 years, he has always been a man of integrity and character. I recently purchased a new built in fridge during our kitchen remodel. It was new in box and saved me thousands. Price was amazing and had literally no flaws, with manufacturers warranty. Helped a lot since home renovations have gotten more expensive. From the initial communication, to seeing the fridge and then delivery, all went very professionally and smooth. Thank you Mardey for taking care of my family.
My over all experience with Mardey’s was great. Melissa in sales was amazing and the highlight of the whole experience. She helped me pick out a great Samsung fridge (in a last minute pinch over the phone). It was open boxed so we got it for a very reasonable price and might as well be brand new. The installers were.. good.. nice guys but for a $250 I would have hoped they would have cleaned the area better and I will have to pull the fridge back out to level the appliance. I needed a refrigerator repair. My technician (Danny) diagnosed the issue, ordered my part, and came the next week to install the GE item. The co-ordination of appointments (Melissa) were well met; and on time. I love their schedule efficiency and guaranteed work. I am so happy I can keep my Kenmore/GE Refrigerator . I "highly recommend" Mardey's appliances for your appliance needs. Old or New!!! 12/23.🙏
⚠️WARNING⚠️ do not use this company. If they don’t know how to fix your appliance they will tell you it’s working just fine so that they can collect their $80 trip fee and go enjoy the rest of their shorter work day. The guy spent most of his time on the phone with his attorney about a personal matter. His office backed him up rather than me when they were not here to see his incompetence. We love this company! The technician Tirso was great. He is helping us fix our microwave which has been making a strange sound. He explained how voltage capacitors work and how the microwave functions so we could better understand how each of the components work. We feel that he will finally fix our issue. It was a pleasure to deal with them and Melissa was great as well. Highly recommend
