Mardeys restores your faith that great customer service still exists! From The first phone call to the repair person coming to my home I was amazed each time to the level of service. Each person is friendly, helpful, respectful and explains everything clearly and up front. The text and email notifications and ability to track the service person in real time was great. Lucas was great, efficient and got the job done always with a smile. I highly recommend Mardeys for all of your appliance needs.

Ordered GE Profile French Door Fridge, was a bit hesitant as it was my first time buying "minor damage" online and not seeing it, also nervous about shipping to Michigan, just south of Detroit, from Florida. They were great about all the email updates, got here in 7 days, Honestly, it took me 5 times of looking it over to find the "Minor Ding" It was packaged up- perfect. I purchased a scratch and dent French door refrigerator online it had to be shipped all the way to Las Vegas and it was a seamless easy process ordering other product was easy. The description was great. The shipment email showed me all the details of the refrigerator that packing of the shipment was wonderful. Great Care was taking into protecting the item when the item arrived. I first found this company on eBay. They reached out to me, telling me that I could receive a better price on their website. I purchased a side by side open box. I been having problem ever since it was delivered. Once I unwrapped it, the door fell off. I had to get that fixed. I will say the did reimburse me for that. Several days later I noticed it wasn’t making ice as it should and it wasn’t freezing or cooling properly. I had to file a claim. This was my first experience with Mardey’s. I went online with them and found an amazing price on a dishwasher. I had a couple of questions that were quickly answered via live chat. I had the dishwasher in my home within a couple days and free delivery! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I received emails, text and phone calls along the way to keep me fully informed.
