I had a great experience! I’ve had the shag I asked for for a week now but I knew as soon as I walked out of the salon that I loved it. Lexxy is talented, masterful, meticulous, and takes the time to ensure perfection!

I asked Torill for highlights in my hair. The front of my hair didn’t lift to the base blonde level, and what I ended up with was two-toned hair with an orange base. I wasn’t happy, but she tried to convince me that it looked good and that it was what I had asked for – even though I had shown her a picture of what I actually wanted. After two months, I'm not still happy with my hair color and don't like to look at it in the mirror. 🤦♀️
