Had a stellar experience with Dr. Chen and all the hardworking staff. They all took the time to ensure I’m well informed and comfortable during each and every appointment. Everyone was also very receptive to any questions or wants that I had which was amazing. My results have been absolutely incredible as well and I’m eternally grateful.

Dr. Chen and his team were great. Moving an adults teeth around is not easy, but Dr. Chen knew what to do. If you think you’d like to transform your smile get your self referred to Marda Loop Braces.
Really great experience from start to finish. Dr. Chen & the office support were all very friendly and very clear and upfront about process, costs, treatment etc. I got beautiful results and it was always a pleasure to interact with the office! Booking and scheduling was very easy, and they're always very responsive to any questions or contact I needed to make!! Would absolutely recommend!
Personally, I had arrogant communication and words with an unpleasant subtext like "we work only with patients who were previously served with high quality". I heard about that Dr. Chen one of the "best" doctors, but I didn't see professional communication either from him or from his apparently assistant. Unfortunately, I got an unpleasant experience from the first meeting.
