I can’t say enough about Ms Segal. She is someone I trust 100%—which is not something I say lightly. Yes, she has a strong personality and can be firm, but that comes from how deeply she cares about her clients and their wellbeing. I came to her for help in a high conflict divorce/custody situation, and she has been unwavering in making sure that neither my daughter nor I are ever put in a position to be harmed or taken advantage of again. I had a very unpleasant experience seeking legal advice from this lawyer regarding my separation agreement. From the beginning of the consultation, I felt dismissed and talked down to. As I tried to explain my situation, she repeatedly asked what the agreement said and did not make any effort to help interpret or clarify it for me — which was the entire reason I reached out for legal advice in the first place. So rude …literally gave me a panic attack while talking to her. Doesn’t let me speak and tells me I’m interrupting her. If you can’t listen to family matters properly then don’t be a family lawyer
