The woman I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional. She repeatedly interrupted me, dismissed my questions, and raised her voice. I literally had to pause during the conversation because of how she was responding to me. I was simply asking general questions before deciding whether to proceed, but I felt completely unheard and disrespected. I can’t say enough about Ms Segal. She is someone I trust 100%—which is not something I say lightly. Yes, she has a strong personality and can be firm, but that comes from how deeply she cares about her clients and their wellbeing. I came to her for help in a high conflict divorce/custody situation, and she has been unwavering in making sure that neither my daughter nor I are ever put in a position to be harmed or taken advantage of again.
