Walked here to find out they don't open until 9:30AM. No rapid response test.. A bit disorganized as you go around track, then come back around to register depending on available window. Then you go back around to get tested. They should have one persom guiding tge people to appropriate window to avoid the back and forth. By the time I left say 9:45AM there were about 10 people waiting.
