Dr. Ponce de Leon was very kind, knowledgeable and thorough. He took his time to explain my situation, address all my concerns and made appropriate recommendations. I highly recommend him.
Sadly, my experience was very different from what I had read in Dr. Ponce de Leon's reviews before my appointment. He introduced himself, and before he even sat down, he told me he didn't think I was in the right place. As I tried to explain my symptoms, he repeatedly listed what he believed my symptoms were and explained why he felt I didn't belong there. ZERO STARS for Ponce de Leon! One of the worst experiences I have ever had. He’s biased, aggressive, rude, & already ‘diagnosed’ me before my assessment and talked to me. The RN asked why I was there & I explained & she stopped writing things down w/ her back to me. As soon as he walked in he said he was only going to discuss the ‘one’ s/s that I was referred to him for & nothing else.
