Movies are so expensive, so I only go on discount Tuesday or student Thursday. Though they bumped up those discount day prices by $1 each. I miss the half off food and drink promotion. Also, ordering food and drink ahead lets you skip the line, but they dont prepare it until you arrive at the pick up counter, which is fine I guess if you want hot food and cold drink. I love the big comfy seats at Marcus.
Of course the theater has comfy reclining seats and yummy popcorn, but I want to shout out the staff at this cinema! I interacted with Avatar today and she was warm and welcoming. Then another woman, I believe she’s a manager by the way she held herself, was walking a hallway and greeting everyone who passed by with a smile and a hearty “Welcome!” The employees here seem genuinely happy to come to work and that affects how they interact with the guests. Highly recommend!
We just found out about the lounge and the great atmosphere there. My wife was able to read while I watched a long feature film. The bathrooms are close by in case you need them. We'll be back again!
I absolutely love this theater and Olivia was so kind and sweet! We need more employees like her I had a question about my seat and she went above and beyond to help me find it! Only complaint is popcorn could be more fresh
The theaters are humid and smelly, even the deluxe recliners are uncomfortable and tight, the popcorn is cold and stale (even if you ask for fresh popcorn). I've been going here my whole life but things have just been going downhill.
