So I had an appointment with Dr Marcus Ortega at 8:30 am on July 28 th. Was on the road at 6:45 am. Called at 8:12am to say we were in traffic and running late and Keisha said to come in if they were going to cancel they would call back ! Proceeded there, to a construction zone and made it into the office at 9:10. The office staff said sorry your late, would you like to reschedule. Excellent Dr when your dealing with issues with pelvic floor that results in bladder issues . Sensitive listens and offers solutions.Grateful to have found him and his kind caring team.

I had 2 bladder prolapse surgeries a few years ago. I saw Dr.Ortega today and he was as wonderful as ever. Such a kind demeanor. And the office staff is great too.

Dr. Ortega performed surgery for me to address pelvic floor prolapse, and stress urinary incontinence. I found him to be very knowledgeable, skilled, and most importantly incredibly empathetic. He was very patient with my many questions. He accommodated my requests and tailored a surgery to meet my needs.
