Have been taking my Porsche macan here and consistently impressed with the high level of service and very reasonable / fair pricing. Loyal customer and highly recommend for euro cars.

Okay for simple repairs but would not recommend for euro cars as the garage will just replace parts hoping it would fix the issue. They put little to no in effort to investigate the issue nor asked the owner about the issue. I’d give 3 starts but because I didnt contact them again, they wouldn’t have had a chance to fix the issue. But regardless, my first impression is that this place is no go for euro cars. My car broke down on arrival to Auckland and I was forced to have it picked up by a tow truck. First thing in the morning I called Marcus Motors and spoke to Kerry. He instantly said to get my car delivered to him to check it out. Kerry was amazing to deal with. I was working in the city and we stayed in touch. My car was repaired in the day and I was able to pick it up in the arvo to drive home. I was so appreciative of the friendly and responsive help at short notice. Definitely recommend.
