Horrible scammers. Seth came in with an offer with a free valuation of the building, then came back with a sub market valuation and tried to convince me that it's in my best interest to sell the building directly to him. Declined his insultingly low offer. He comes back to try and now ask me if I will hire him to represent him in selling my property? You wanted to buy it, I said no, and now you want to represent me... You need to stop scamming people.
