I worked with Clayton (TAG Industrial Group within Marcus & Millichap) and team to put together an offer on an Industrial building. Received notifications that the offer was accepted, but then five days later, I got the rug pulled out from under me because they had another offer come in that was higher. This was after I was repeatedly assured multiple times that my offer was accepted on the property, and that the contract was being finalized.
